Shipping and Delivery Policy

Almost every region of India is serviced by Aster International with its merchandise. Orders will be packed and dispatched in less than 48-72 hours from the order placing date. We ship every alternate day except on Sundays and federal holidays (based on inventory status).

The delivery window for all regions served by reputable couriers inside Tamil Nadu is 3 to 4 business days after shipping (business days exclude Sundays and other holidays). The products shipped to other locations may take 1-2 weeks, depending on the location. aster international is not responsible for any inevitable or unforeseen logistics issues that result in unanticipated delays in the delivery of your order, and it asks its users to cooperate asaster international continuously works to nix such occurrences. Additionally, aster International retains the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel your order and reimburse the money paid for the canceled product(s) to your source account in situations when delivery takes longer than usual(3-4 weeks) or the package is physically untraceable.
